WHAT IS AN ESCAPE ROOM?
Seriously? you still don’t know!! Come and play with us and we’ll show you.
We still briefly explain to you that the main objective is to solve a number of puzzles and tests in a limited time. If you get it, you can share it with your friends and if you can’t be quiet we’ll let your families know. An experience that will immerse you in an unprecedented adventure.
HOW CAN I BOOK?
The first thing to do is to say goodbye to your loved ones … and then in the booking menu select the day and time you want to come and you will have to make a partial payment to confirm the reservation and the rest is paid at the beginning of the experience.
CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL THE RESERVATION?
The changes drive us crazy… and maybe when you book again you will be in trouble, but if you still want to move forward you can change the day and time 48 hours in advance, but no cancellations or refunds are allowed.
WHO CANNOT PARTICIPATE?
The theme of our Escape Room is catalogued as TERROR. Although fear is relative, we also have the version of MYSTERY. Participation is not recommended for people who are sensitive, who have epilepsy, who are pregnant at an advanced stage of pregnancy and who have cardiovascular problems. People under the influence of alcohol or drugs, at all times, reserves the right of admission. The recommended age is from 16 years and of course accompanied by an adult who takes responsibility for the situation.
WE HAVE BOOKED FOR A GROUP OF 5 PEOPLE, BUT IN THE END THERE WILL BE ONLY THE 4 OF US. WHAT SHOULD WE DO?
First consult a specialist, hahahaha. No refund if fewer people come. If the group is bigger than in the original reservation, maximum 6 people per game, the difference will be paid there.
CAN WE EAT IN? Yes, of course, and bring your pyjamas, too… No drinks or food are allowed. Similarly, it is prohibited to drink and/or eat inside the premises.
CAN I RECORD AND/OR TAKE PICTURES INSIDE THE ENCLOSURE?

WHAT IS THE BEST OUTFIT TO PARTICIPATE?
Leopard thong is a very suitable option (the organisers will have fun!) We recommend comfortable and casual clothes. Flat shoes and clothes that allow you to move freely.
WHAT HAPPENS IF AN OBJECT IS BROKEN INSIDE THE ENCLOSURE?
If that happens, flee without looking back… You don’t know how long we’ve been creating and setting, for you to come and break it. We reserve the right to charge players for damages caused by misuse of content within the game facilities. In the event of non-compliance with any of the above rules or recommendations we reserve the right to stop the game and/or terminate it immediately without having to pay/postpone the meeting.
TO GIVE THIS ACTIVITY AS A PRESENT, WHAT I SHOULD DO?

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE DO NOT KNOW HOW TO CONTINUE?
Well, nothing, you will remain part of the decoration forever… But if a lot of people pile up, you’ll have the option of getting clues. We don’t want to have to feed you forever, this is responsibility of your mothers/fathers, husbands/wives.
WHEN DO WE HAVE TO GET THERE?
If you call before your reservation, you will suffer as you never imagined… But we recommend arriving 10 minutes before the scheduled time and you wait at the bar tasting some great “bravas”. On the contrary if you arrive late, we don’t bother to open the door when you knock, after 15 minutes of the hour of reservation, the entrance to the game will be cancelled. The money will not be refunded and no changes may be done to the date of the reservation.
